My name is Daniela Szabo-Hauer, I am your personal advisor for all your questions about grooming and trimming.
I discovered my passion for grooming 17 years ago. Since 2005 I have been running a dog grooming salon in Austria, where I successfully offer pet grooming and also terrier show trimming.
I am not only involved with dogs in my job, I can also call myself the proud owner of 4 smooth-haired fox terriers. In 2005 I started breeding Fox Terriers under the kennel name “of Sweetest Poison”. We visited with our terriers Int. Pedigree dog shows throughout Europe. Our dogs have won numerous championships, national and club titles, including Best High Walking Terrier and Best Terrier from Austria. Breeding. I was also in charge of the breeding of the Austrian Fox Terrier Club breeders and puppy buyers.
Every year I attend a wide variety of seminars and workshops to keep myself up to date with the latest in modern dog grooming.
2018 I started taking part in international dog grooming championships. Already at my second championship I was able to achieve 2nd place in the category “Handstripping” with a Miniature Schnauzer.
In addition, during my 13 years as a veterinary assistant, I was also able to acquire experience and knowledge in the field of veterinary medicine, which can be combined well with dog care.
